Both in the description of each product in our eshop, as well as on the back of the label, the recommended daily dose is written according to body weight and/or species.

The available ordering methods are as follows:

• Online ordering. You can make your purchases through our online store. Having already selected and placed in your basket the products you want to buy, press payment and enter the delivery details, then select the payment method and press completion.

• Telephone order. You can call us at 210 9605957 Monday to Friday (except holidays) 9:00-17:00 and our specialized staff will be happy to help you complete your order.

You can place your order either as a guest or by creating an account. But once you create an account, the ordering process is faster every time as your shipping details will already be saved, you'll be able to easily check and edit your order from your order history, and you'll receive updates on special offers and discounts only for our members!

As long as you have chosen delivery to your place and after your order has been delivered by us to the partner courier company, you will have your order in approximately 1-3 working days. Accordingly, for the hard-to-reach areas, islands, etc., we need approximately 4-5 working days.
